PASKONG PINOY in Washington DC

posted Friday, 5 August 2005

Last night, December 3 2005, the Pinoy Teachers Network from Washington DC and Maryland PG County Chapters had a great time reminiscing the longest Christmas celebration back home in the Philippines. We were at the Paskong Pinoy Concert sponsored by the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC. Here are some pictures of the Pinoy Teachers during the concert.

Dear Pinoy Teachers,

Please accept my profound thanks and congratulations on the success of the "Paskong Pinoy" Concert last Saturday. We share this success to all those who were part of the show. A letter from the Ambassador is on its way to you by mail so you can share it with your members.
The feedback received by the Embassy was very positive and the current sentiment is to make it an annual tradition. The Pope John Paul II Cultural Center was very impressed and promised to give us a better and bigger venue next year. It was really great to have shared the unique spirit of Philippine Christmas.
Maraming salamat. May we all continue to work together to achieve greater and nobler things.
With my best regards, Joy
